Ingredients: Grass-Fed, Pasture-Raised Beef, EVOO, Red Pepper Flakes, Herbs & Spices, Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Chimichurri Sauce: EVOO, Red Wine Vinegar, Parsley, Cilantro, Oregano, Garlic, Chile Pepper Flakes, Ground Cumin, Herbs & Spices, Sea Salt, Black Pepper
Recommended Reheating Instructions: Preheat oven to 300°. Place steak in a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil. Heat for approximately 10 minutes or until the steak’s internal temperature registers at least 165° on a meat thermometer. Transfer the steak to a serving dish right away so that it does continue to cook beyond your desired preference.
