This flavorful chicken is cooked in a dark, intense mole sauce which takes hours to simmer properly. It starts with a base of three different chiles which are layered with Mexican chocolate, dried fruits & nuts. The unique & mysterious result is earthy, intense and phenomenally rich. This dish is delicious on its own or as a burrito or taco filling.

Ingredients: Free-Roaming, Antibiotic-Free Chicken, Dried Ancho, Guajillo & Mulato Chiles, Fresh Garlic, Raisins, Peanuts, Sesame Seeds, Walnuts, Almonds, Sesame Oil, Soy Oil, Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Flour, Cinnamon, Fresh Herbs & Spices, Sea Salt & Malabar Black Pepper. Contains: Peanuts, Sesame, Walnuts, Almonds, Soy, Wheat.
Recommended Reheating Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°. Place the chicken mole into a baking pan, covered with aluminum foil, and heat until heated all the way through, stirring occasionally. The chicken's internal temperature should register at least 165° on a meat thermometer.
