This flavorful chicken is cooked in a dark, intense mole sauce which takes hours to simmer properly. It starts with a base of three different chiles which are layered with Mexican chocolate, dried fruits & nuts. The unique & mysterious result is earthy, intense and phenomenally rich. This dish is delicious on its own or as a burrito or taco filling.
