Serving Size: Approximately 5-6 oz. per Person
Ingredients: Pasture-Raised, 100% Grass-Fed & Antibiotic-Free Black Angus Beef, Durum & Semolina Flour, Certified Humane, Cage-Free & Antibiotic-Free Eggs, Fresh Ginger, Fresh Scallions, Fresh Cilantro, Sesame Oil, Fresh Ginger, Fresh Garlic, Spring Water, Soy Sauce (Water, Soybeans, Wheat & Salt), Sugar, White Vinegar, Dried Chiles, Fresh Herbs & Spices, Sea Salt & Malabar Black Pepper. Contains: Wheat, Egg, Sesame, Soy.
Recommended Reheating Instructions: Preheat a sauté pan or wok over medium heat & add olive oil to grease the pan. Place Garlicky Beef Noodles with Scallions in the pan or wok with a very small amount of additional oil or water (to retain moisture). Stir-fry constantly for approximately 5-10 minutes or until fully reheated. The beef’s internal temperature should register at least 165° on a meat thermometer.
