A slow cooked, smoked & smothered brisket in a classically tangy southern style wet rub which reminds greatly of the finest tastes and flavorings of Charleston. It’s time to get the napkins out and enjoy!
Serving Size: Approximately ⅓ lb. per Person
Ingredients: Pasture-Raised, 100% Grass-Fed & Antibiotic-Free Black Angus Beef, Distilled Vinegar, Sugar, #1 Grade Mustard Seeds, Soy Sauce (Water, Soybeans, Wheat & Salt), Tomato Paste, Apple Cider Vinegar, Hungarian Paprika, Dried Celery Seeds, Sea Salt & Malabar Black Pepper. Contains: Soy, Wheat.
Recommended Reheating Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°. Place brisket with sauce into baking pan. Cover with aluminum foil and place in oven for the following times: 1-3 lbs. for approximately 15 minutes, 3-5 lbs. for approximately 20 minutes & 5 lbs. or more for approximately 30 minutes. The internal temperature of the brisket should register at least 165° on a meat thermometer.
