Yoni's Pretzel Challah is fusion at its finest. Combining two classic breads, the pretzel and the challah, Yoni’s Pretzel Challah has created an innovative, mouth-watering gourmet food. It has the crust of an old school soft pretzel with a moist and fluffy inside that we all know and love from challah, even without eggs! Despite the omission of eggs, dairy, nuts and cholesterol in our recipe, it has superior flavor and texture to competitive loaves of bread. Our products are geared towards the kosher, vegan, food allergy conscious consumer and any “foodie” out there. (From Yoni's Pretzel Challah)
