Our take on this classic, Chinese staple which has endured for more than 2,000 years! Packed with delicious chicken, colorful vegetables and plenty of flavor.
Ingredients: Free-Roaming, Antibiotic-Free Chicken, Durum & Semolina Flour, Certified Humane, Cage-Free & Antibiotic-Free Eggs, Fresh Green Beans, Fresh Carrots, Fresh Peas, Sesame Oil, Fresh Ginger, Fresh Garlic, Soy Sauce (Water, Soybeans, Wheat & Salt), Fresh Herbs & Spices, Sea Salt & Malabar Black Pepper. Contains: Flour, Egg, Sesame, Soy.
Recommended Reheating Instructions: Preheat a sauté pan or wok over medium heat & add olive oil to grease the pan. Place chicken lo mein in the pan or wok with a very small amount of additional oil or water (to retain moisture). Stir-fry constantly for approximately 5-10 minutes or until fully reheated. The chicken’s internal temperature should register at least 165° on a meat thermometer.
