You think we’d leave you hungry on a holiday?! Never! We offer holiday menus for all major Jewish Holidays and Thanksgiving. Orders for all other holidays and occasions may be placed from our year round selection
of prepared foods, baked goods, catering options and specialty groceries.

We are generally open on all non-Jewish and secular holidays, including Easter, Christmas, New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day. However our hours may be limited on some of these holidays. We aim to give our employees of all religious and cultural backgrounds time to celebrate holidays with their families.

On each product page, we list the size of the product along with the approximate serving size and/or number of servings per container. In general, we recommend about ⅓ lb. of cooked food per person (less for dips, sauces, appetizers, etc.) and about ½ lb. of raw meat, poultry or fish per person. Our meats, poultry & fish are all delivered each and every morning from local, family farms and fishermen. We are extremely diligent about our commitment to bringing you the absolute freshest, highest quality Kosher meats, poultry and fish.

Both Prepared Food items and Grab N' Go items are the culinary creations of our chefs from original KMP recipes.
When you order a Prepared Food item, one of our countermen places your selected quantity in a container - that pound of Golden Garlic Mashed Potatoes is scooped just for you.
Grab N' Go items are packed into containers
every morning and placed on our shelves, ready for you to grab them and go on to have an amazing rest of your day.
Both Prepared Food items and Grab N' Go items are all made with one special ingredient - love.

We sure do! We have a dairy section that houses solely specialty cheeses, milk, yogurt and other dairy products. We do prepare a few dairy items in our store, which are all Cholov Yisroel and are prepared in their own exclusive space under the supervision of both Rabbi Marmorstein and Rabbi Greenwald.

But of course! We arrange beautiful Deli Sandwich, Deli Meat, Wrap, Smoked Fish, Nova Scotia Salmon, Sushi, Fruit and Bakery platters. We also offer Giant Heroes, particularly popular for game days, and fully customizable Complete Catered Meals.
In addition, most of our Prepared Food items and our Grab N’ Go items are available as trays and bowls that serve large numbers of people.

Most of our baked goods from outside bakeries come in on Wednesdays, while a small portion come in on Thursdays. Items that are only available on certain days of the week are clearly labeled with their availability on our website.

While we do not make custom cakes here in our store, we partner with Butterflake Bakery to bring custom cakes and cupcakes to our customers in NYC. They offer a variety of custom cakes, including cupcake cakes, photo cakes, individual cupcakes and specialty designed cakes that are all customizable with your choice of cake, frosting, filling, toppings, inscription and design. Once you place your order with us, Butterflake will reach out to you directly to finalize your design. Please note that custom cakes must be ordered at least 3 days in advance and must be picked up at the KMP.

Our preference is that you place an order here, on the brand new & improved kmp.com! However, currently the kmp.com does not accept same-day orders for delivery or pickup, so same-day orders can be placed via email.

We deliver to all five boroughs of NYC, Long Island, Westchester, parts of Connecticut and parts of New Jersey. If you are looking to have items shipped to you outside of our delivery range, please reach out to us via email at service@thekmp.com and we will let you know if it is possible.

We are now accepting same-day orders for in-store pickup, delivery within Manhattan and delivery to The Bronx! Cutoff times are as follows:
Sunday - Thursday: 2PM
Friday: 10AM
For orders being delivered outside of Manhattan & The Bronx, please use the following guidelines:
If you need your order on a Sunday, place your order by 3pm the Friday before.
If you need your order on a Monday, place your order by 3pm on Sunday.
If you need your order on a Tuesday, place your order by 3pm on Monday.
If you need your order on a Wednesday, place your order by 3pm on Tuesday.
If you need your order on a Thursday, place your order by 3pm on Wednesday.
If you need your order on a Friday, place your order by 3pm on Thursday.

Please know that we do our absolute best to deliver your order within your requested delivery window. However, especially on Fridays and on holidays, we tend to run a bit behind. We kindly request that, if you do not have a time constraint, you do not contact the store until one hour after the end of your delivery window. If you do have a time constraint, please send us an email at service@thekmp.com and we will give you an update on the status of your delivery order. We so appreciate your patience and understanding.

Unfortunately we are unable to add tips to existing orders. You have a few options.
1. Tip your delivery person in cash when your order is delivered.
2. Tip a little extra next time you place your order. Typically a particular delivery driver is assigned to cover the same delivery zone regularly. So chances are you may have the same driver complete your delivery next time.
3. Shoot us an email as soon as possible letting us know you forgot to add a tip. We can cancel your original order and create a new order that includes a tip for your delivery driver.

That depends. You may email us to request changes to your order up until 3pm the day before the date of delivery or pickup (or up until 3pm on Friday for orders being delivered or picked up on Sunday) and we will do our best to accommodate. Requests to change orders containing items that require extra notice (all of which are labeled as "Requires 2 Days' Notice" or "Requires 3 Days' Notice") must be emailed before 3pm two or three business days (not including Saturdays) before the date of delivery or pickup respectively. Please note that we cannot guarantee that any requests for additions, subtractions, substitutions or other changes will be met, but we will do our best to accommodate your requests when we have the time, resources and products available to do so.

Like most other e-commerce sites, in order to protect your information
and prevent fraud, our website and our e-commerce platform do not save
payment information. You do have the option to adjust your browser
settings to remember and autofill your payment information if you so
desire.
You can use "shop pay" at checkout to store your credit card/purchasing information. This allows you to checkout via a security pin that is sent to your mobile device/setup at "shop pay" sign up.

Yes! We are now accepting same-day orders on our website for in-store
pickup, delivery within Manhattan or delivery to the Bronx, as long as
the order is placed before the cutoff time, which is 2PM Sunday - Thursday and 10AM on Fridays. The daily cutoff time for next-day delivery orders outside of Manhattan & the Bronx is still.

Great question! You may have noticed that some products are labeled as only available certain days of the week. When you are going through the checkout process, the date-picker calendar will only display dates on which all items in your cart are available.
For example, we only have challahs available for purchase on Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays. If you add a challah to your order, the date-picker calendar will only display Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays as being available for pickup or delivery.
To select a different date, remove products from your cart that have limited availability.

After your order is fulfilled, our team will update with any out of stock products, substitutes, and additions or deletions you may have requested. To access this updated order, you may click on the Order Status link which can be found in your original order confirmation.

Absolutely. At checkout, you have the option to check the box that your order is for a Shiva or is a gift and we will remove or cover the prices on all items. You then have the option to type in a message that you'd like us to include in a note that we send with the order.

Don't place your order just yet! Give us a call or send us an email letting us know you'd like to place an order for a tax-exempt organization. We will ask for your tax ID number and create a tax-exempt customer profile for you. You can then place your order and all items that are usually taxable will not be taxed.
