Grass-Fed Boneless Breast Flanken Beef Short Ribs

Grass-Fed Boneless Breast Flanken Beef Short Ribs

    Approx. 14 - 16 oz. | 1 Rib per Pkg.

These grass-fed richly marbled boneless short ribs will highlight any barbecue event and are unique amongst our ribs offerings as they are completely boneless. They can also be used in any stew or cholent. When barbecuing them we would first suggest allowing them to sit in either a dry or wet marinade. They can then be cooked low and slow or grilled and sliced across the bones. These boneless ribs are hand-cut by our master butchers on an as-ordered basis.
