A classic from yesteryear! This mushroom barley has the right mix of deliciously caramelized onions & mushrooms which provide outstanding flavor and robustness to this traditional side dish.
Serving Size: Approximately ⅓ lb. per Person
Ingredients: Egg Barley (Durum Flour, Egg Yolks or Eggs, Niacin, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Riboflavin & Folic Acid), Fresh Button Mushrooms, Fresh Onions, Trans Fat-Free Margarine, Sea Salt & Malabar Black Pepper. Contains: Wheat, Egg.
Recommended Reheating Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°. Place mushroom barley into a baking pan, lightly sprinkle with water to retain moisture, cover with foil & reheat for approximately 10-12 minutes or until hot.
