Prepared weekly using our very own authentic Italian pasta press, these beef tortellini are made from scratch from start to finish - from the dough to the savory filling - and are hand-shaped to form some of the freshest and most delicious tortellini you can get outside of Italy!
Serving Size: Approximately 4 oz. per Person
Ingredients: Durum & Semolina Flour, Pasture-Raised, 100% Grass-Fed & Antibiotic-Free Black Angus Beef, Certified Humane, Cage-Free & Antibiotic-Free Eggs, Filtered Water, Fresh Carrots, Fresh Celery, Fresh Onions, Fresh Garlic, Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fresh Herbs & Spices, Sea Salt & Malabar Black Pepper. Contains: Wheat, Egg.
Recommended Reheating Instructions: In a large saucepot over high heat, bring 6 quarts of water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt. Add frozen tortellini (do not separate even if it sticks together as it will separate naturally while cooking). Reduce heat to medium and cook, uncovered, approximately 4 minutes or until tender. Drain & serve with your favorite sauce.
