      These richly marbled boneless short ribs will highlight any barbecue event and are unique amongst our ribs offerings as they are completely boneless. They can also be used in any stew or cholent. When barbecuing them we would first suggest allowing them to sit in either a dry or wet marinade. They can then be cooked low and slow or grilled and sliced across the bones. These boneless ribs are hand-cut by our master butchers on an as-ordered basis.

      Serving Size: Approximately 12 oz. per Person

      Ingredients: Soaked & Salted U.S. Born & Raised Antibiotic-Free Premium Black Angus Beef.

      Recommended Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°. Follow desired seasoning recipe. Place ribs in oven safe pot (covered) in oven for approximately 2-2 ½ hours. Remove from the oven when completely tender. Please note that all beef should be cooked to an internal temperature of 160° as listed on foodsafety.gov.
