Recommended Reheating Instructions: Preheat oven to 325°. Place eggplant rollatini into a baking pan, sprinkled with organic marinara sauce, cover with foil & reheat for approximately 10-15 minutes or until hot. Uncover during the last 5 minutes of cooking if you desire crispier rollatini.
