      These delicious Grass-Fed Beef Cubes become exceptionally tender & flavorful when slowly simmered in your favorite stew or chulent. This stew is hand-cut by our master butchers on an as-ordered basis.

      Serving Size: Approximately 8 oz. per Person

      Ingredients: Soaked & Salted Grass-Fed & Antibiotic-Free Black Angus Beef.

      Recommended Cooking Instructions for Stew:
      Preheat oven to 350°. Follow desired seasoning recipe. Heat 3 teaspoons of oil in a large oven safe pot. Add the beef a few pieces at a time; do not overcrowd (beef may be coated with flour if so desired). Cook, turning the pieces until beef is browned on all sides, about 5 minutes per batch; add more oil as needed between batches. Add sauce to pot, cover and cook at 350° for about 1 ½-2 hours or until beef is tender. Please note that all beef should be cooked to an internal temperature of 160° as listed on
      Recommended Cooking Instructions for Chulent:
