    Grass-Fed Boneless French Roast


      Also referred to as a Brick Roast over the years, this versatile Grass-Fed Boneless French Roast is soft, juicy & well-marbled. Almost any roasting preparation will work; high heat roasting may also be utilized due to the extreme tenderness of this cut. These roasts are hand-cut to your size preference by our master butchers on an as-ordered basis.

      Depending on availability, your order may be filled as two roasts to reach the selected weight.

      Serving Size: Approximately 8-10 oz. per Person

      Ingredients: Soaked & Salted Grass-Fed & Antibiotic-Free Black Angus Beef.

      Recommended Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 325°. Place french roast in a large casserole or Dutch oven with a tight-fitting lid. Follow desired seasoning & basting recipe. Cook 3-3 ½ hours or approximately 40-60 minutes per pound. Please note that all beef should be cooked to an internal temperature of 160° as listed on
