These Grass-Fed First-Cut Beef Briskets are hand-cut to your size preference by our master butchers on an as-ordered basis.

      Serving Size: Approximately 8-10 oz. per Person

      Ingredients: Soaked & Salted Grass-Fed & Antibiotic-Free Black Angus Beef.

      Recommended Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 325°. Place brisket fat side up in a large casserole or Dutch oven with a tight-fitting lid. Follow desired seasoning & basting recipe. Cook 3-3 ½ hours or approximately 40-60 minutes per pound. Please note that all beef should be cooked to an internal temperature of 160° as listed on
