      Our signature house-blend of Grass-Fed Ground Beef machine-formed into hamburger patties that provide melt in your mouth tenderness, flavor & richness. This beef is hand-ground by our master butchers on an as-ordered basis and then immediately formed into patties.

      Serving Size: Approximately 8 oz. per Person or 1-2 patties

      Ingredients: Soaked & Salted Grass-Fed & Antibiotic-Free Black Angus Beef.

      Recommended Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 425°. Place a cooling rack into a baking tray to allow the air to circulate. Follow desired seasoning recipe. Cook for approximately 10 – 12 minutes in total, flipping once. Alternatively these can be barbecued on a hot grill following the same instructions as listed above. Please note that all beef should be cooked to an internal temperature of 160° as listed on
