      DESCRIPTION

      The classic poaching method employed with these rich salmon fillets leads to balanced flavors & properly moist, flaky fish. A side of dill sauce provides the finishing touch!

      Serving Size: Approximately ⅓ lb. or ½ - 1 Piece per Person

      Recommended Reheating Instructions: This dish can be served cold or hot. To reheat, preheat oven to 275°. Place the fillets on a wire rack set in a rimmed baking sheet & cover them with foil (to prevent the exteriors of the fish from drying out). Heat the fillets at 275° until they register 165° on a food thermometer, about 15 minutes for 1-inch-thick fillets (timing varies according to fillet size).
