      Our coconut flour is an excellent gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, healthy, weight loss friendly, and keto-friendly flour alternative to wheat flour, multi-purpose flour, or all-purpose flour. Grounded from fresh coconut flesh, it is high in manganese, copper, iron, antioxidants, and MCTs - the good fats. Moreover, it’s low in carbs compared to wheat, which makes it a wheat flour substitute. Just like all-purpose flour, it can be used in all the recipes - cookies, cakes, pancakes, muffins, and much more. It can also be used to coat meat, fish, chicken, or veggies.
