      Classically prepared Southern fried chicken is coated in a deliciously seasoned batter & tenderly fried to perfection. This chicken truly tastes rich & phenomenally juicy!

      Serving Size: Approximately ¾ lb. per Person; 2-3 Drumsticks and/or Thighs, 1-2 Breasts or 2-3 Mixed Pieces

      Ingredients: Free-Roaming, Antibiotic-Free Chicken, Fresh Garlic, Fresh Parsley, Fresh Oregano, Flour, Certified Humane, Cage-Free & Antibiotic-Free Eggs, Cayenne Pepper, Canola Oil, Fresh Herbs & Spices, Sea Salt & Malabar Black Pepper. Contains: Wheat, Egg.

      Recommended Reheating Instructions: Preheat oven to 400°. While the oven preheats, remove the chicken from the refrigerator and allow it to come to room temperature. This ensures that it cooks more evenly. Do NOT cover as this will trap steam and result in soggy chicken. Place chicken on wire rack on top of baking pan in a single layer and bake until the skin feels hot and very crispy, about 15 minutes. We like using a rack instead of simply placing the chicken on a foil-lined baking sheet because the rack allows the oven’s hot air to reach and crisp-up the chicken very evenly. The chicken’s internal temperature should register at least 165° on a meat thermometer.
