      Our take on this classic, Chinese staple which has endured for more than 2,000 years! Packed with colorful vegetables and plenty of flavor.

      Serving Size: Approximately 5-6 oz. per Person

      Ingredients: Durum & Semolina Flour, Certified Humane, Cage-Free & Antibiotic-Free Eggs, Fresh Green Beans, Fresh Carrots, Fresh Peas, Sesame Oil, Fresh Ginger, Fresh Garlic, Soy Sauce (Water, Soybeans, Wheat & Salt), Fresh Herbs & Spices, Sea Salt & Malabar Black Pepper. Contains: Wheat, Egg, Sesame, Soy.

      Recommended Reheating Instructions: Preheat a sauté pan or wok over medium heat & add olive oil to grease the pan. Place vegetable lo mein in the pan or wok with a very small amount of additional oil or water (to retain moisture). Stir-fry constantly for approximately 5-10 minutes or until fully reheated.
