Serving Size: Approximately 5-6 oz. per Person
Ingredients: Free-Roaming, Antibiotic-Free Chicken, Fresh Carrots, Fresh Cabbage, Fresh Bell Peppers, Fresh Green Zucchini, Fresh Yellow Zucchini, Soy Sauce (Water, Soybeans, Wheat & Salt), Fresh Ginger, Fresh Garlic, Grade A Clover Honey, Filtered Water, Brown Sugar, Fresh Herbs & Spices, Sea Salt. Contains: Soy, Wheat.
Recommended Reheating Instructions: Preheat a sauté pan or wok over medium heat & add olive oil to grease the pan. Place Vietnamese chicken stir-fry with shredded vegetables in the pan or wok with a very small amount of additional oil or water (to retain moisture). Stir-fry constantly for approximately 5-10 minutes or until fully reheated. The chicken’s internal temperature should register at least 165° on a meat thermometer.
