Serving Size: Approximately ⅓ lb. or 1 Piece per Person
Half Tray Serves Approximately: 8-10 People
Full Tray Serves Approximately: 16-20 People
*Serving utensils included for catering trays
Ingredients: Antibiotic-Free Turkey, Flour, Panko Crumbs, Eggs, Garlic, Canola Oil, Herbs & Spices, Sea Salt, Black Pepper
Contains: Wheat, Egg
Recommended Reheating Instructions: Preheat oven to 400°. While the oven preheats, remove the turkey from the refrigerator and allow it to come to room temperature. This ensures that it cooks more evenly. Do NOT cover as this will trap steam and result in soggy turkey. Place turkey on baking pan in a single layer and bake until the skin feels hot and very crispy, about 15 minutes. The turkey’s internal temperature should register at least 165° on a meat thermometer.
