COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS

We hope you are safe amidst the current Covid-19 outbreak. We remain extremely committed to doing our part to help our patrons and employees stay healthy and get through this difficult time. We love this city, this country, our wonderful employees and our fantastic patrons. As a result, we have taken the following steps:

  • 1. We have installed advanced UV-C light & MERV-13 air filtration. UV-C light sanitizes by permanently damaging the DNA of bacteria & viruses. The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has recommended MERV-13 filtration as a method of defense against Covid-19;

    2. Our already stringent daily cleanliness procedures have been greatly enhanced, with all high-touch areas & items, including credit card readers, shopping baskets & carts, being cleaned extensively and continuously throughout each day;

    3. Plexiglass barriers have been installed to protect customers and employees where appropriate;

    4. Automatic hand-sanitizer stations have been installed throughout the store for use by customers, employees and vendors. All hand-sanitizer utilized conforms to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC’s) recommendations for Covid-19;

    5. We have been operating throughout the COVID-19 outbreak in accordance with all governmental mandates;

    6. All product sampling & demos have been suspended; and

7. We have already expanded our capacity for contactless delivery, as well as pickup options & are working to expand this further. Please kindly advise of any special requests or requirements whenever you place an order. Stay safe
