This classic soup of yesteryear still hits the spot, especially on a cold & blustery day. A rich appetizer or sufficient for a meal all by itself.
Serving Size: Approximately 2-3 Servings per Quart
Ingredients: Pasture-Raised, 100% Grass-Fed & Antibiotic-Free Black Angus Beef, Organic Homemade Vegetable Stock (Filtered Water, Organic Fresh Vegetables (Celery, Carrots & Onions)), Egg Barley (Durum Flour, Egg Yolks or Eggs, Niacin, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Riboflavin & Folic Acid), Fresh Wild Mushrooms, Fresh Herbs & Spices, Sea Salt & Malabar Black Pepper. Contains: Wheat, Egg.
Recommended Reheating Instructions: Defrost in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Place the soup in a heavy-bottomed saucepan and place it on the stove over medium-low heat. Cook for approximately 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully reheated. Make sure that the temperature of the soup registers at least 165° on a meat thermometer.
