This grass-fed sliced pepper steak, cut from the shoulder, is extremely lean but still quite robust in flavor and will work in any stir-fry or sautéed preparation. These beef strips are hand-cut to your size preference by our master butchers on an as-ordered basis.
Serving Size: Approximately 8 oz. per Person
Ingredients: Soaked & Salted Grass-Fed & Antibiotic-Free Black Angus Beef.
Recommended Cooking Instructions: Heat oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat; cook and stir beef until browned, 3-4 minutes. Add vegetable accompaniments & move beef to the side of the pan. Cook vegetables (stirring throughout) for 2 minutes. Stir beef back into vegetables, add dry & wet seasonings and cook for an additional 2 minutes or until tender. Please note that all beef should be cooked to an internal temperature of 160° as listed on foodsafety.gov.
