Ingredients: Soaked & Salted Grass-Fed & Antibiotic-Free Premium Lamb.
Recommended Cooking Instructions for Lamb Meatballs:
Preheat oven to 400°. Follow desired seasoning recipe. Bake for 20 minutes. Please note that all lamb should be cooked to an internal temperature of 145° as listed on foodsafety.gov, with a 3 minute rest time.
Recommended Cooking Instructions for Lamb Burgers:
Preheat oven to 425°. Place a cooling rack into a baking tray to allow the air to circulate. Follow desired seasoning recipe. Cook for approximately 12-15 minutes in total for 6-8 oz. patties, 10-12 minutes for 4 oz. patties and 8-10 minutes for sliders, flipping once. Alternatively these can be barbecued on a hot grill following the same instructions as listed above. Please note that all lamb should be cooked to an internal temperature of 145° as listed on foodsafety.gov, with a 3 minute rest time.
