We sent some of our epicureans down to the Heartland for an investigation and they came back with this delightful new recipe. This sauce gently balances tangy & sweet sensations, while providing delicious flavor true to its Midwestern roots! These wings are sure to please your friends & family, even the kiddos!
Serving Size: Approximately 7-8 oz. per Person
Ingredients: Free-Roaming, Antibiotic-Free Chicken, Tomato Paste, Fresh Garlic, Fresh Ginger, Fresh Onions, Celery Seeds, Fresh Red Peppers, Distilled White Vinegar, Dried Mustard Seeds, Molasses, Brown Sugar, Tamarind, Natural Smoke, Potato Starch, Canola Oil, Fresh Herbs & Spices, Sea Salt & Malabar Black Pepper.
Recommended Reheating Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°. Place chicken wings on a baking sheet side by side, not layered on top of one another. Bake the wings for approximately 10-15 minutes until fully reheated. Make sure that the internal temperature of the chicken registers at least 165° on a meat thermometer.
