    Approx. 14 - 16 oz. | 1 Piece per Pkg.

      These veal tongues are high in fat and dense with nutrients & flavor.

      Serving Size: Approximately 8-10 oz. per Person

      Ingredients: Soaked & Salted Milk-Fed Premium Veal.

      Recommended Cooking Instructions: Place tongue in a soup pot with salt & add enough water to cover the tongue. Bring to a boil, cover and cook for approximately 2 ½-3 hours, or until the outer skin starts to peel off. Remove the outer skin and serve. Please note that all veal should be cooked to an internal temperature of 145° as listed on, with a 3 minute rest time.
