Tender beef sautéed with vegetables and rice in a light but flavorful sauce. Delicious on its own or as a meal accompaniment.
Serving Size: Approximately 5-6 oz. per Person
Ingredients: Pasture-Raised, 100% Grass-Fed & Antibiotic-Free Black Angus Beef, White Rice, Certified Humane, Cage-Free & Antibiotic-Free Eggs, Fresh Carrots, Fresh Peas, Fresh Onions, Sesame Oil, Fresh Ginger, Fresh Garlic, Grade A Clover Honey, Soy Sauce (Water, Soybeans, Wheat & Salt), Sesame Seeds, White Vinegar, Brown Sugar, Fresh Herbs & Spices, Sea Salt & Malabar Black Pepper. Contains: Egg, Sesame, Soy, Wheat.
Recommended Reheating Instructions: Preheat a sauté pan over medium heat & add olive oil to grease the pan. Add pepper steak fried rice & stir-fry constantly for approximately 5-10 minutes. Make sure that the internal temperature of the beef registers at least 165° on a meat thermometer.
