Exquisitely flavorful this roast is sure to present exquisitely at any dinner event or festive occasion. These roasts are hand-cut to your size preference by our master butchers on an as-ordered basis.
Serving Size: Approximately 10-12 oz. per Person
Ingredients: Soaked & Salted Grass-Fed & Antibiotic-Free Black Angus Beef.
Recommended Cooking Instructions: Preheat your oven to 500° or the highest temperature setting available on your oven. Dry the roast with paper towels and sprinkle with salt & pepper. Place the roast fat side up in a roasting pan. Brown the roast at 500° in the oven for 15 minutes. Lower the oven temperature to 325° and cook for an additional 13-15 minutes per pound for a medium rare roast. Please note that all beef should be cooked to an internal temperature of 160° as listed on foodsafety.gov.
