Recommended Reheating Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°. Place brisket with gravy into baking pan. Cover with aluminum foil and place in oven for the following times: 1-3 lbs. for approximately 15 minutes, 3-5 lbs. for approximately 20 minutes & 5 lbs. or more for approximately 30 minutes. The internal temperature of the brisket should register at least 165° on a meat thermometer.
